Today is America's birthday! I will be out celebrating for most of the day, but I wanted to wish everybody a Happy 4th of July before I left for the parade.
Whether enjoying a BBQ, a parade, going to a carnival, participating in a blueberry pie eating contest, going to the beach, or whatever, just enjoy yourself!
And, remember, today's the day we celebrate our independence. Let us not forget those who made this possible and may freedom ring!

Ahhh, I did enjoy it, thank you! The parade is over, the crowd is thinning, my parents have gone home, and Edie and I are just relaxing a bit while watching a baseball game on TV (yeah, Red Sox and Yankees, but there's a rain delay). We might just chill out for the rest of the day. I hope you enjoyed your holiday!
